our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of this website is limited to one thousand United States dollars

Access to BLI data, scoring, methodology documentation, and research beyond what is published on this website is provided under a separate written licence agreement. Where there is any conflict between these terms and a licence agreement, the licence agreement prevails in respect of the licensed services.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market.
The courts of the Abu Dhabi Global Market have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction where you are established or where a breach of these terms has occurred.
13. General
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent.
